Sky Road Rental in Waikiki provided a smooth rental process but Lauren made it exceptional. As were her team members. Traveling alone as a dad with my toddler daughter isn't easy. 1star and even that feels to generous I would absolutely NOT rent from Skyroad Rent-A-Car again or EVER Recommend them. We rented an SUV for our family, and the vehicle was INFESTED with cockroaches. This was not one or two bugs—we had cockroaches crawling throughout the SUV and even coming out of the FRONT AIR VENTS. It was absolutely disgusting. Rhyam was a great help taking care of us
The car attendants/valets were amazing. The one sales associate lady who had a thick Eastern European accent that we dealt with when purchasing the rental was terrible tho/incredibly pushy/fear mongering for the optional insurance the company was selling. All other staff were great tho.
