We were grateful to be able to rent a car on the weekend. Good company with reliable rentals.
Rented a car for 9am pick up. Arrived at 9:15, waited in line for 30 minutes. The guy before me was a walk in, he got 2 sedans. I over heard the woman telling him that it was the last 2 cars they had. They werent taking them right then and said they would come back for them later. She told them “if you dont take them now, theres no guarantee thell be there later, if we see cars there we will rent them” even they already paid for them!!! Our experience had some frustrating moments that future renters should be aware of. We originally reserved a 12-seater van, but when we arrived, it was unavailable. The staff offered us two separate vehicles instead. During pickup, we were required to get insurance(even if we have one), premium packages, and other add-ons that hadn't been fully explained in advance. It would have been helpful if these options and any related conditions had been communicated before arrival rather than at the counter while completing the paper... read more
