We will not be using this company again. First, we were charged more for a basic vehicle rental than the price we had been quoted just one week earlier when making the booking. Then, when we picked up the vehicle, it only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Because we were traveling with two small children and planned to do a lot of driving around the island, we paid the additional $150 USD fuel option so we wouldn’t have to worry about filling the vehicle before returning it. Overall, the service was very good. One of the biggest advantages is the free overnight parking in the heart of Waikiki, which adds a lot of value and convenience. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the vehicle we received had a few minor scrape marks and scratches. Also, be aware that they do not accept rental car insurance coverage provided through credit cards, so you'll need to purchase one of their protection packages. Excellent service and quality car. Very friendly staff.
Rented from this company several times during our last visit to Oahu. Almost every employee we interacted with had the true Aloha attitude (which was a sharp contrast from Hetz.....). Don't know how their damage policy is but the rental prices are great and you can park your car overnight at their main rental site in Waikiki at the parking garage. That's a huge bonus.
