Voyage was very convenient to rent from with an office directly in the lobby of the embassy suites hotel , Ariana was so helpful showing us places to visit also helping with setting up perfect times to be able to drop the car at the airport location upon departure and the parking attendants on the 8th floor of the parking garage were amazing also they offer free parking with the rental. Will definitely rent from them again on the next visit to the island. Thanks
Great customer service! And having the car rental available to book in the hotel you’re staying at is so convenient!
No transparency. We are renting a car from here with understanding that they let you park the rental car at the site. But that is only allowed for people who get the insurance even though we have our own insurance. It makes no sense and there is no relevance to this condition. You end up paying additional 40% on top of already pricier rental car prices which you might be willing to pay for free parking. Read recent reviews from valid account.
