HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !😡😡😡 I was scammed ! DO NOT , I repeat DO NOT use this guy for your auto needs ! Unfortunately in my case my car broke down an hour from home on a Sat evening , after 9 phone calls he was the 1 and only that answered and was able to have my car towed to him that evening and he was also open the next day Sunday to “fix” my car which I was just told it was a “knock sensor” that needed replaced so I even bought the part for him to install on Sunday , he called me and told me my engine was blown , that was... read more
They are slow. They don't do a good job. I wouldn't even give them one star. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't even go by this name anymore. I never even got to see Jim the owner. They made us take our vehicle to South 13th Street, not to the shop on Springhill. That should have been the first red flag. There is more to this story, but I'm not going into it.
Absolutely love him, Chevrolet wanted 900 for my fix..and Jim fixed it in 45 minutes for less than 100 bucks. He knows exactly what he's doing and he does NOT try to screw you! He hates my Tahoe because it's a hybrid and they are very difficult lol but he's always there for me and he will be the only person touching my vehicles!! We love you Jim!!
I wouldn't even give this man a 1 star worst experience I've ever had with anything! He had our Ford explorer for 2 months kept saying he was working on it just running behind due to parts taking longer to come in. Finally after 3 months of him having our vehicle I said enough is enough I want my vehicle he proceeds to tell me well the timing chains are in I just need to put them on so I give him 1 week to put them on no call back saying it's done so I go to the shop he says it's done I can take car he just didn't have time ... read more
