HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !😡😡😡 I was scammed ! DO NOT , I repeat DO NOT use this guy for your auto needs ! They are slow. They don't do a good job. I wouldn't even give them one star. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't even go by this name anymore. I never even got to see Jim the owner. They made us take our vehicle to South 13th Street, not to the shop on Springhill. That should have been the first red flag. There is more to this story, but I'm not going into it.
I wouldn't even give this man a 1 star worst experience I've ever had with anything! He had our Ford explorer for 2 months kept saying he was working on it just running behind due to parts taking longer to come in. Finally after 3 months of him having our vehicle I said enough is enough I want my vehicle he proceeds to tell me well the timing chains are in I just need to put them on so I give him 1 week to put them on no call back saying it's done so I go to the shop he says it's done I can take car he just didn't have time ... read more
I had an emergency coolant system and no one else was open on a Saturday. Jim took a look and was able to immediately solve the issue and get my car back running after a very stressful 24 hours for a very reasonable price!
