Used First Rate to move our large items from one property to another. Very glad I chose them. Jesse and Aaron were top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Everything arrived in one piece, the quote I was given was accurate (which of course also falls on the customer to provide an accurate tally of what all needs to be moved), and the guys were super willing to relocate furniture if we decided on the fly that we wanted it in a different area of the house. Would definitely hire First Rate again.

First rate movers is an excellent, reliable and just all around fantastic company! My move consisted of 2 movers who got the job done within the estimated time. The movers were extremely fast and did not waste any time loading and unloading the truck. All of the my boxes and furniture were moved without any damages. The movers showed up on time and prepared! Matt and his crew made my move seamless and hassle-free. I moved to another city, 5 hours from Ottawa, but everything arrived on time and not one item was broken. The crew was efficient and so quick. They were polite and professional. I also used First Rate's packing services, which I highly recommend for those who do not have the time or skill with packing. First Rate Movers were great. They showed up on time and made the move smooth. The quote that they gave me accurately reflected to amount that I paid. They took great care in wrapping the 2 antique pieces that were moved and delivered them without any damage. They were were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs.
