I dropped my truck off with a few issues and they had it fixed and ready for pickup the next day. The mechanic was thorough, had excellent communication, and charged a very fair price. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs a mechanic. Great shop.
Broke down in Bend while on vacation so we didn't have a lot of time to find a good repair shop. We asked a few people for a recommendation but they were reluctant to give one. I am glad we chose First Rate. Jeremy was straight with us and very fair on price. Thanks!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jeremy. He repaired my radiator but left a line disconnected, which caused coolant to drain out over time and coat the underside of my car. This wasn’t caught or addressed, and he never checked the radiator fluid level or proactively offered to clean the underside of the vehicle, despite the obvious mess and risk.
