David Lemke did an outstanding job servicing our ice maker and provided a lot of insightful information during the visit. Would recommend First Rate to anyone!
As a homebuilder, I've dealt with a lot of repair companies and I've never worked with one as amazing as these guys. Mike L. was the lead tech on my job today and he not only was able to solve every problem, but his attention to detail and professionalism were amazing. If you need Sub Zero, Wolf, or Cove repair, don't hesitate calling these guys!
Front charge is way too high. If part is out of date or can’t be ordered. Service charge needs to be prorated. But they did not and still charged me $235 dollar on service fees. This will be my last time to inquiry. I won’t recommend.
I have used First Rate Appliance for many many years. Very knowledgeable, very quick to reply. However, this time the charges were outrageous. Basically came to $485 per hour for labor, that's nuts. I contacted ownership to discuss but no reply.
This was my first experience with First Rate Appliance - 5 stars!! #1-same day service, #2-so professional and efficient, #3-very respectable and friendly service staff, #4-very knowledgeable professionals, #5-super clean, #6-all the parts for my 1996 Sub Zero were on their truck and ready for installation and #7-individuals on the phone were absolutely professional and ready to assist. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else - this company is the real deal - First Rate says it all!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
