First time with First Rate Appliances. Fantastic customer orientation. Rob and Dusty were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. They fixed a Wolf microwave control panel issue as scheduled but then, at our on the spot request, took a look at 4 other appliances and conducted service, filter replacements… and more. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work and service. Top notch!
Robert was fantastic. Efficient, clean, polite, and courteous. Our refrigerator (Sub Zero) was repaired timely and has been working great since his visit.
Everything about first rate appliance is first rate! Calling to schedule an appointment is extremely easy And the technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. John M. Did a great job fixing the light switch on my Wolf stove. He was also great at explaining general care for my Wolf and subzero appliances. I highly recommend these guys especially if you’re investing in high-end appliances they know what they’re doing when something goes wrong.
