Avoid. Every time they've "addressed" a problem, they've created more issues they need to come back for and they try to upsell you to "fix" more issues that actually don't exist. Why would we need our condenser to go through an annual cleaning when they installed it six months ago, and why is the drain already clogged - and now after they were here to fix it yesterday do we have water pouring onto our floor? Called at 6 pm to get service for leaking refrigerator and not functioning properly burners on cooktop tech was here at 11 am and fixed them both this is first class service by first rate appliance repair
Mike came to our house today to do the annual SubZero maintenance. He is an outstanding technician! Very thorough and very considerate of entering the house on this rainy day. We are fortunate to have technicians like him coming to service our refrigerator. It has always been an excellent experience dealing with First Rate Appliance !
