Robert was fantastic. Efficient, clean, polite, and courteous. Our refrigerator (Sub Zero) was repaired timely and has been working great since his visit.
Everything about first rate appliance is first rate! Calling to schedule an appointment is extremely easy And the technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. John M. Did a great job fixing the light switch on my Wolf stove. He was also great at explaining general care for my Wolf and subzero appliances. I highly recommend these guys especially if you’re investing in high-end appliances they know what they’re doing when something goes wrong.
Avoid. Every time they've "addressed" a problem, they've created more issues they need to come back for and they try to upsell you to "fix" more issues that actually don't exist. Why would we need our condenser to go through an annual cleaning when they installed it six months ago, and why is the drain already clogged - and now after they were here to fix it yesterday do we have water pouring onto our floor? Forget the fact that they had to replace the ice maker that they installed 13 months after it was replaced - blamed on... read more
