We have worked with Jon Nibert for 9 years. He installed our complete HVAC system in a new build in 2012. Since then he has come for routine maintenance checks as needed. Recently, the heat pump stopped working. Jon was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a lightening strike, which was verified by the insurance adjuster.
