Excellent service for 7 years. Tech is always on time and very professional. Cannot imagine having any other company to do our repairs or routine spring and fall maintenance.
After extensive search we chose them. The service was super. On time crew, cleaned up, and professional. Highly recommend.
Our service man did an amazing job. CSR explained everything so we could make a choice how to handle the repair. He answered all our questions and was very friendly.
Technician had great knowledge of the subject matter and was a good listener, so when he was initially going through some causes, I told him what had happened the last 2 times& he was able to go right to that part, test it and confirm it needed.
"Our AC quit cooling the air. Outside temperatures are hot so inside was too. The tech came quickly after completing a call for another customer. He determined that a capacitor had failed, got the particular new capacitor that was needed and had us cooling down very quickly. I am very happy with them. Thank you so much."
