I can’t recommend Mobile One Mechanics enough! My work truck needed new brakes and rotors, and I arrived only about an hour and a half before they closed. Even though it was late in the day, they graciously took the time to fit me into their schedule and got the job done. Sell groupon vouchers for inspection then tell customer machine is broken. No TAT for it to be fixed. Really?
At first I thought this place was pretty good and came here based off of the reviews, but after having work done here it’s actually just decent. The guy at the front desk is a cool guy and the prices are competitive, but the work was done sloppily causing me to have to bring my car back multiple times to have things corrected that should have been done correctly the first time. Stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express in Plano and honestly had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit feel pretty smooth. No weird vibes or pressure, just straight to the point and respectful. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored, which I’ve definitely experienced at other places before.
