Although the closing went quickly the accuracy of the documents prior to closing left a lot to be desired. After I signed all the sellers documents, I only had one request of them. To have someone give me a call and let me know when the buyers had signed the deal and the money had been funded. Great experiences with all the escrow officers especially Jodi Hestand, Elvie Avants and Debbie Kluka. Their communication is excellent and you always hear from them promptly. The knowledge they have in the title and real estate industry is phenomenal.
