Great experiences with all the escrow officers especially Jodi Hestand, Elvie Avants and Debbie Kluka. Their communication is excellent and you always hear from them promptly. The knowledge they have in the title and real estate industry is phenomenal. Especially with Reverse Mortgages, Probates, Commercial Transactions, Land Lot Development and anything needing a Spanish speaker.
