Run don’t walk from this business. Zero customer service! Was so incompetent that they could not withdraw a loan payment from savings even though an authorization was signed and on file... sad that this business has went so far down hill....
I've been banking here for 16+ years. I was supposed to have overdraft protection but they never put it on my account. Even with money in my savings account I receiveda $30 overdraft fee and they refused my electric bill to allow a $6 payment to hulu to process. I had transferred money from savings to ensure my electric bill would be covered, but didn't realize it was time for hulu to come out.
