First priority. They are very helpful. I only wish that the cha Eastlake management will pay or approve for them to come out and fix the elevators. They have been broken for the past 5 days I am in a wheelchair and have to have assistance from the fire department to make my dialysis appointments. And also my heart doctor cardiologist appointments. The elevators being broken is very much so inconvenience and not healthy for my medical needs. I was recently in an emergency situation. I stumbled upon this elevator company and I could not have been more pleased, The response time was incredible. Not to mention the professionalism that I encountered upon meeting with the technician. Not only are they knowledgeable in their trade, but they went above and beyond the call of duty for me in my situation. I would definitely use them again and again! Never use this company. 2 Broken appointments. No calls. And then am told they do not have anyone who is licensed - Go use another Elevator company.
