This home warranty company is the best! They have great customer service. I give them a 5 star review and I will even refer my family and friends to them.
Worst company with no integrity. For my first claim, they decided to not repair my dishwasher and give me $122.43 instead. This will not cover the repair. A warranty is to repair problems in your home. First Premier has a clause that gets them out of paying for repairs. Its no wonder they had to change their name in 2020. I would suspect that most of their claims are offered cash payouts and very few repairs are ever made.
