The Branch Manager at this location is wonderful! Tom has been so helpful and diligent about getting my account set-up. He is very easy to work with and communicates information quickly. Would suggest this location and Tom for all of your banking needs!
I had a wonderful experience working with personal banker Christian! He made it so fast and easy to open up a checking and savings account for me. Not only was he efficient, but he was super personable and kind. I highly recommend going to First PREMIER Bank and working with Christian!
If you're thinking about using this bank I wouldn't type how to reoccurring charge of $10 from Apple pay so I asked the banker if he could just not pay that anymore cuz it's not my charge and I can't figure out how to shut it off well that turned into shut every single one of my accounts off and mail me a check I didn't help anything it was easier just to pay the reoccurring charge that the banker couldn't figure out how to shut off and after about 2 hours of me calling different places I figured out how to shut it off but y... read more
