Friendly and helpful tellers
I have been with First Premier for a number of years. I have never had any issues. Their bankers are happy to assist and answer questions.
Let me make it clear I will contact the BBB for fraudulent amount of money this company trying make me pay when I only took out a 500 dollar loan. You guys are mad because I've written bad reviews so now you're are trying to punish me. Whoever see this review please I urge you to contact the BBB on this company. They are criminals and over charging people.

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are dirt bags. I have 2 cards with this company. I was late on a payment for one card but have an available balance to use on the other card. Mind you, I am a US veteran and have paid this company thousands of dollars in interest charges. They call my place of business and cell phone 20 times a day asking for a payment.
