If I could give negative stars I would. These people are dirt bags. I have 2 cards with this company. I was late on a payment for one card but have an available balance to use on the other card. Mind you, I am a US veteran and have paid this company thousands of dollars in interest charges. They call my place of business and cell phone 20 times a day asking for a payment. Cory almost lost us a house by telling me I could quit my job right after the mortgage closed. We asked him why our mortgage went up and paid our normal rate while we waited for his call. He never called. He responded after we were hit with a late payment and after I called him about it. He responded by email. Jeremy hung the phone up on me and now they are ignoring my phone calls. In this day in age, it's very difficult to find a bank who actually cares about their customers and will be honest with them. Mike has to be the most honest banker in Sioux Falls! He not only does loans but he advises and guides his customers. You may not like what he'll tell you but rest assured, it will be an honest word with your best interest in mind!
