Please avoid getting a card from this bank. They are nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. The payment system is a nightmare and if you have a perfect payment history you won’t get a increase from 300 dollars. It’s a total rip off !! Keep in mind you can’t close the account because it will still show on your credit report as open. So your only choice is to cut it up and pay the fees at that point or take the hit on your credit and close the account. Beware !!!!!!

This Bank is like the mob. Really! Only a 300 dollar limit on my credit card and I pay over a 6 dollar fee every month and then at the end of the year a 53 dollar annual fee?? I have only used it a few times to help my credit but have given this bank more money in fees than what they give me in credit. My credit score is 675 and this is how you treat me? :(
