Shocking! I don’t think I’ve ever been to an establishment that has had so many mis communications in processes. I was Booked in for something totally different to what I asked for, the dentist was ridiculously rough in the check up and X-rays. The practice manager seems an email response and feedback appropriate to a very distressing experience. The practice also were very persistent on my children joining despite myself declining a number of times. It would seem the availability is there for a reason. Please do your resear... read more
