Wish I could give 0 stars. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience, especially with Angela in the collections department. The attitude and way I was spoken to were incredibly disrespectful and made an already confusing situation worse. Corporate also showed very little concern for my experience. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a tenant, and I’m honestly shocked this level of service is considered acceptable.

Hello im back with an update, it’s been a while I know. First thing 1st, of course Breckenridge Village cannot keep staff. They go through several office staff as well as maintenance. Documents will be lost, Reasonable Accommodations will be ignored and expect delays in any work orders.😩 Currently, I’m dealing with two issues: 1. 2 month Gnat infestation. Absolutely the worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. Hastings Park Apartments showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their residents. They had my car towed from my own assigned parking space, even though I had already submitted all of my vehicle information in writing. When I asked why they didn't simply call me before towing my car, they claimed the vehicle wasn't registered under my apartment. That was their mistake—not mine. Canyon Terrace Apts. - FOLSOM, CA - I was waiting to write this review since the maintenance staff has been super friendly and responsive, and have done everything they can within their capabilities, but this complex is corporate malpractice. Since the day I moved in several weeks ago, I’ve been complaining about the humidity level in my apartment being at 70% in some cases or higher. I have called multiple times for assistance and had a rep hang up on me. I waited for a supervisor and was also disconnected. They provide awful service I am not sure how they do business or what the point of them is if they do not manage. If they leave a reply, yall can call me on case 918125.
