Absolutely the worst apartment management I have ever dealt with. Hastings Park Apartments showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their residents. They had my car towed from my own assigned parking space, even though I had already submitted all of my vehicle information in writing. Canyon Terrace Apts. - FOLSOM, CA - I was waiting to write this review since the maintenance staff has been super friendly and responsive, and have done everything they can within their capabilities, but this complex is corporate malpractice. Since the day I moved in several weeks ago, I’ve been complaining about the humidity level in my apartment being at 70% in some cases or higher. I have called multiple times for assistance and had a rep hang up on me. I waited for a supervisor and was also disconnected. They provide awful service I am not sure how they do business or what the point of them is if they do not manage. If they leave a reply, yall can call me on case 918125.

Horrendous management by Michelle. Absolutely does not know how to speak to people. Over the past 2 months we have had numerous trespasses in the hot tub and pool area. Homeless individuals jump the fence which is very small and bathe in the hot tub. This is both unhygienic and creates noise at unsocial hours. I have attached a video.
