Canyon Terrace Apts. - FOLSOM, CA - I was waiting to write this review since the maintenance staff has been super friendly and responsive, and have done everything they can within their capabilities, but this complex is corporate malpractice. I have called multiple times for assistance and had a rep hang up on me. I waited for a supervisor and was also disconnected. They provide awful service I am not sure how they do business or what the point of them is if they do not manage. If they leave a reply, yall can call me on case 918125.

Horrendous management by Michelle. Absolutely does not know how to speak to people. Over the past 2 months we have had numerous trespasses in the hot tub and pool area. Homeless individuals jump the fence which is very small and bathe in the hot tub. This is both unhygienic and creates noise at unsocial hours. I have attached a video. This company should feel ashamed. They do not take their tenant complaints seriously and view their residents as nothing more but some extra income. They hire young girls who form a clique with no social skills to run their properties and have no accountability for their horrific actions. If you'd like to feel like more than another roach on their sidewalks then steer clear! (-:

Current tenant of this property management group. They charge $1300 dollars for a 1 year lease on a 400 sq. ft. studio apartment. For a month to month lease they charge an additional $400 per month. These are not newly built apartments, these apartments were hotel rooms converted into living spaces. Tenants in the area are being priced out of safe, clean and affordable living. This is price gouging at its finest.
