Then they sent a screenshot proving that they had only updated the subscriber number in one field, left it incorrect in another field, and did not update the carrier or the group number. I attempted to walk-in at this Urgent care as they did not require a scheduled appointment. I walk in and the very first question I asked the receptionist was if they accepted my insurance provider, B.C.B.S., and he looks at me in confusion before turning to another employee who overheard my question and answered for him. The other employee tells me yes they do, and lets the receptionist continue to attempt to ask me questions and get my information.
