I had a great experience at First Point Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors truly care about their patients. They listen carefully, take their time, and make you feel comfortable. I also really appreciate that they are open during weekends and have late hours, which is very convenient. Everyone is always smiling and professional. Highly recommend this place!
After our 4 year old split open his chin from a fall, we brought him to First Point. After hearing that he needed stitches he was nervous and scared. The nurses were encouraging and patient with him and kept him in good spirits. When it came time for the stitches, he was terrified and we couldn’t keep him still enough. They kept us there after hours with the nurses trying their best at different methods to keep him still and calm. Dr. Ann and Tracy and Team are phenomenal and truly care about getting you to feel better! They listen, are kind, and take time to examine you for proper treatment. They are punctual and get you in and out in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you all, thank you for going above and beyond!
I had a very pleasant experience in the clinic. The staff is very quick and friendly. I was able to get everything done so fast. I really appreciate all their work and dedication. I almost forgot my appointment and I was called right away to come. I really appreciate them. Yall should check it out!
They have people at the front desk who don't know how to enter insurance information, and, because of this, they told my daughter her insurance had expired. Then they sent a screenshot proving that they had only updated the subscriber number in one field, left it incorrect in another field, and did not update the carrier or the group number.
