For anyone on the fence and/or considering laser hair removal I highly recommend First point! I just completed my third laser hair removal treatment that takes about two hours and I am genuinely impressed. I came into First Point Urgent Care April 15th 2026 with severe breathing problems and was honestly quite frightened how quickly things had worsened. , The care I received was exceptional from start to finish. NP.1 Sophie and Dr. Tu Anh Luong who treated me acted very quickly and thoroughly, running tests, providing breathing treatments and closley monitoring my condition. I had a great experience at First Point Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors truly care about their patients. They listen carefully, take their time, and make you feel comfortable. I also really appreciate that they are open during weekends and have late hours, which is very convenient. Everyone is always smiling and professional. Highly recommend this place!
Everyone was amazing! They made the entire process super easy and walked me and my family through all of the steps, they were super understanding. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
I had a very pleasant experience in the clinic. The staff is very quick and friendly. I was able to get everything done so fast. I really appreciate all their work and dedication. I almost forgot my appointment and I was called right away to come. I really appreciate them. Yall should check it out!
