Came in and was seen relatively quickly! I was in so much discomfort and got relief almost immediately. Doctors and staff were so so friendly. I over heard some communication about patients, they seem very serious about their office and treating patients properly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going again.
I visited this facility for the first time about a month ago, and I will go there every time now! The staff was efficient, professional, and courteous. The nurses were lovely and helpful, and the physician was terrific; she explained the what, why, and how’s of my injury, and her thoroughness and candor was refreshing and welcomed. 5/5-they’re terrific!!
Everyone is so kind. I’ve been here multiple times, all the providers are so thorough. I love how they treat the whole person. In the past, I felt like doctors would always just say “it’s a virus” and do nothing about the symptoms. Here they make sure you are comfortable and feeling better. Linh and her whole team are super quick, efficient, and they all genuinely care about you! The time they take with me, it always feels super quick- but never rushed! I think the longest I’ve been here is for an hour at max- they genuinely get to the bottom of whatever problem is going on. I am never waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes- if that! They’re great will following back up when they say they are going to. I prefer to come here over my own primary doctor! They’re awesome!
What a refreshing experience in an abundance of horrible medical services. They seem to actually care about their patients and are knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Let me just throw in friendly. It felt like I was transported back 25 years when medical was truly medical. I kinda hate leaving this review to add to their current awesome low wait time, but they deserve it!
