My wife went in for an immigration physical and within 30 minutes she was done with everything! The entire staff was absolutely amazing as soon as we walked in and we felt very very welcome!! We saw Dr. Dang he was absolutely wonderful giving us all options to help us out! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone if you are looking for something quick and professional and they accept walk-in’s!!!! Excellent patient care, I needed a chest x ray for my medical school and they were able to get me in and out on the same day. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the standard of care was very high. I highly recommend First Point to anybody in the KC/Gladstone area.
I came in and was seen quickly. Treated with respect and concern for my symptoms. Even when the pharmacy didn’t have my medication ready, the staff were quick to respond and get ready to send another prescription. I was sick and worried, they eased my worry and sent me home to rest, ready to call the pharmacy on my behalf. I got my prescription the next day and began feeling better. I know I can definitely rely on this team.
