I came into First Point Urgent Care April 15th 2026 with severe breathing problems and was honestly quite frightened how quickly things had worsened. , The care I received was exceptional from start to finish. NP.1 Sophie and Dr. Tu Anh Luong who treated me acted very quickly and thoroughly, running tests, providing breathing treatments and closley monitoring my condition. After our 4 year old split open his chin from a fall, we brought him to First Point. After hearing that he needed stitches he was nervous and scared. The nurses were encouraging and patient with him and kept him in good spirits. When it came time for the stitches, he was terrified and we couldn’t keep him still enough. They kept us there after hours with the nurses trying their best at different methods to keep him still and calm. I had a very pleasant experience in the clinic. The staff is very quick and friendly. I was able to get everything done so fast. I really appreciate all their work and dedication. I almost forgot my appointment and I was called right away to come. I really appreciate them. Yall should check it out!
I had a great experience at First Point Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors truly care about their patients. They listen carefully, take their time, and make you feel comfortable. I also really appreciate that they are open during weekends and have late hours, which is very convenient. Everyone is always smiling and professional. Highly recommend this place!
I called at 5:50 PM on January 27th, 2026, for somebody to look at my three surgical incisions on my abdomen from an ovarian cyst removal to see if they were infected, since my primary doctor’s office was closed and my OB/GYN doctor’s office was closed—the doctor who did my surgery.
