I keep getting calls from this collection agency. They are trying to collect for a bill that has already been paid. They are quite aggressive on the telephone and they have access to my personal information. They have threatened to report this alleged bad debt to the credit reporting agencies and they have become so rude as to hang up in my face when I try to tell them that this bill has been paid.
