Everyone’s really friendly and comforting
I just had a check up appointment on July 18th and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Super helpful and friendly service at the front desk as well!
I've been a patient now for going on 4 years and I am pleased with the service that I receive from the dentists and staff especially Rita at the front desk.
The whole staff is awesome. Would recommend to friends & family.
The office staff is atrocious. Instead of treating the patients with understanding, sensitivity, and respect, you get attitude and complete disregard. Research the facilities' front office staff. It could be the difference between having a good and satisfying experience, or having a totally humiliating one. My experience was at the HOMEWOOD, FIRST POINT DENTAL OFFICE. NOT AT ANY OTHER LOCATION.
