I went there myself to get a root canal I told the doctor I was anxious around needles and he just jammed the needle in my mouth multiple times with no warning. Horrible customer service. Overall bad experience with DR. SHAH. Unprofessional.
I received a root canal performed by I believe Dr. Shah. He did not explain any of the procedure or what he was gonna be doing he just laid me back and got to work. I tried informing him that I had anxiety with the procedure and was nervous around needles. He honestly did not care at all!! He was very rough with his equipment and holding my head.
