So I have an Audi A4 that was making weird noises in the engine compartment and I went to three different shops to get a quote for whatever was wrong with it. One of the shops said I needed an engine given the mileage that the car has (255k) and quoted me $5500 for a used engine. The second shop said the same, the engine was going plus talked about all the suspension work that it needs to the price of $7000! The third just said they don't work on German cars. Exceptional service all around! From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The customer service was outstanding, and the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable. They took excellent care of my vehicle and offered a very fair price. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were in explaining everything.
