The home warranty company assigned this contractor. I won’t name the technician publicly, but the experience was disappointing enough to leave a warning. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company displayed nothing but unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a complete lack of accountability throughout what should have been a simple warranty service. We were promised an 8 AM-1 PM arrival window and told we'd be "first in line" closer to 8-9 AM. Instead, the plumber arrived at 2 PM--hours late--with no apology. Great service and knowledgeable technician. Sam replaced our garbage disposal in under 30 minutes and resolve the issue on the first visit.
Was able to get a next day appointment. Technician Mario arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and resolved my plumbing issues in a timely manner.
