This is a plumber that doesn't plumb. He gave multiple reasons why he couldn't do any work. He thought cause he was talking to my wife he had to explain where water came from and went. Smh. Even suggested as home owner to home owner we find someone less qualified that needs the work. He said a job that was 20.00 in parts may need a $4k shower pan instead. Cold water was not coming from our tub/shower. My home warranty company assigned First plumbing services. Jason with First plumbing services, came on time diagnosed and repaired the issue immediately! He was professional outgoing and explained what the situation was. If I need plumbing services again, I will definitely call this company and request this technician, or request this company through my home warranty.
The home warranty company assigned this contractor. I won’t name the technician publicly, but the experience was disappointing enough to leave a warning. From the start, the technician walked into my carpeted home without wiping his feet or using protective booties, something I expect from any professional, especially in a desert climate. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company displayed nothing but unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a complete lack of accountability throughout what should have been a simple warranty service. We were promised an 8 AM-1 PM arrival window and told we'd be "first in line" closer to 8-9 AM. Instead, the plumber arrived at 2 PM--hours late--with no apology.
