Great service and knowledgeable technician. Sam replaced our garbage disposal in under 30 minutes and resolve the issue on the first visit.
Was able to get a next day appointment. Technician Mario arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and resolved my plumbing issues in a timely manner.
Rude and unprofessional office staff. My service was through a home warranty in Las Vegas. Sam, the technician, was fantastic — knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to explain potential issues, even though the warranty limited what he could do. Jason and the First Plumbing team were great and amazing install service. It could only be better if scheduling and repair approval from First American was processed a little faster. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.
