Super nice guys. Quick.
My family and I have been going to Norman and Allen for many many years. Always great service, a friendly welcome when you come in, never have I ever seen anyone treated disrespectfully. I’ve seen customers get hot under the collar and rude but these guys are dealing with doctors and insurance companies that may not give the customer what they’re asking for. You don’t take it out on your pharmacists. These guys do everything to help their customers. Always a pleasure dealing with Norman, Allen and their staff.
This place is great The pharmacist owner Norman, and his entire staff, are phenomenal. The entire staff go out of their way to do whatever arrangements they have to, to ensure you have complete satisfaction. Dealing with a smaller business like this one, is a much more positive experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you immensely for your top notch service.
I went to this pharmacy to ask the price for a medication without insurance. I do have a plan to buy if the price given is within my budget. But the guy with glasses serving just started being rude saying if we don’t have intent to buy “DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME BECAUSE WE SPENT MINUTES LOOKING FOR A PRICE”. If I am not mistaken, as a pharmacy costumers are allowed to ask questions even regarding the price. I am very disappointed and that guy was almost shouting and smirking.
