we called first place glass first. they responded right away but immediately told us glass cant be replaced and we need new set of doors which they quoted for 6k. we decided to shop around, we ended up calling a more honest glass company which replaced our glass for 500 without having to replace any doors. first place glass does not seem very honest, be careful
