I had a rock hit my windshield while driving on the interstate. An auto dealer that I have dealt with since I moved here 26 years ago suggested 1st place auto glass, if I have the kind of insurance coverage that allows me to pick my repair shop. Which I do have. When I called and talked to Bob. He was professional and courteous. Took all the information and told me he would call me back when he got back to the shop. He did. I had a small chip in my windshield for the first time in 35 years of driving. I got an expensive estimate from a large company, so I called First Place and they came to my location and fixed my windshield for little to no cost. Amazing service.
