First Place 4 Health changed my life. I learned I did not have food in the proper place in my life. It had become too important to me. Food became my friend and refuge, rather than God. The Bible studies are amazing. Also amazing are the life long friends I have met through FP4H in the 24 years I have been involved in the program.
First Place for Health has transformed my life in so many ways. I am encouraged to grow deeper in my walk with Him, and to live a healthy lifestyle. The fellowship each week with our ladies is so wonderful, as we love, hug, laugh, pray and study God’s Word together. I am truly blessed now to be a leader and to invest in the lives of so many women.
First Place 4 Health is life changing. Its learning to put Christ first place in ALL aspects of my life physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The benefit are losing weight and a community of support. I joined an online group about 5 years ago. The women were uplifting and supportive. I am still connected with them today.
