This company is a disaster to deal with. I purchased the Quarterback machine. When I put it together I found that it did not work. When I emailed the dealer he put me in touch with First Pitch. The employee told me that he tried to call me 5 times. He did not. He told me that I needed to “come clean and admit that I just did not want the machine. That I used it for a party or something and just wanted to return it.” I told him no that it was broken. He told me I would have to pay a 35% restocking fee even though it was broke... read more
