It has been my bank for over 20 years
I just called there to have 1 question answered. Do you report back to all credit agencies? I'm trying to rebuild my credit and I have wasted time at another institution. 5 I don't knows and transfers later I got to talk to someone who wanted to know if I was a customer there and said way too many words for the question I asked, not answering the question. When I told him no, he told me the short answer was that he couldn't help me get a loan because I had not been a customer there for 6 months. That was not the question I a... read more
This is a great place to bank, they are always providing fast friendly service and are never crowded. They give you personalize service and recognize you by name when you go in, ifif you were looking for a bank for business and for personal needs I highly recommend First Piedmont
