I just called there to have 1 question answered. Do you report back to all credit agencies? I'm trying to rebuild my credit and I have wasted time at another institution. 5 I don't knows and transfers later I got to talk to someone who wanted to know if I was a customer there and said way too many words for the question I asked, not answering the question.
