Sent a message about getting service with trash pick up and after delay due to weather they finally "came out" to check and see if they could add me to the route and per the driver its no safe place to turn around which is very odd considering I have a cul de sac on my road right above my house and also turn around two school buses daily in my driveway so with that being said I wouldn't recommend this company based on that.!!

Put in a request for service, but was told that I'm outside of their area, even though my neighbor has them. Called in and they worked to figure out that Google was showing an address down the road from me.

Put in a request for service, but was told that I'm outside of their area. Even though my neighbor right across the street has them. Then when I called to ask about it, I was only told that the driver sets the limit and was then hung up on.
