I feel somewhat bad leaving a review after years of not seeing her. However, recounting my experience to my coworkers and family and the subsequent consequences resulting from Dr. Bigby's flat out refusal to acknowledge my health concerns 8 years ago, I feel it warrants a warning to other potential patients. 8 years ago, I established her as my PCP. I am consistently impressed by the outstanding care I receive from Dr. Karen Bigby. She is the epitome of what a great physician should be: profoundly caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to listen.
