Best doctor I have ever had. Listens to my issues and provides the best answers and care.
Dr. Karen Bigby is quite possibly the WORST physician I have ever encountered. She is arrogant, rude, uninterested in her patients and truly believes she knows everything. She treats her patients like she's annoyed she has to take time out of her day to be with them. She's the worst and should not be allowed to practice medicine. Thank God I've found a better doctor who is actually HELPING me.
Great office staff, efficient, and friendly. Dr Bigby is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough!
My star says it all
Beware of this doctor! When I had severe hyperthyroidism, my OBGYN tested me and my results came back showing that I clearly had this condition. I showed them to Dr. Bigby and she told me that I must have gotten someone else's results! I kept trying to explain the symptoms I was having to her and she kept arguing with me, telling me that it was all just stress. She ordered the same tests again and guess what....same results.
