Our experience this morning Being told by a physician on the first visit “ You are too Italian “ is offensive, unprofessional and discriminatory . With a last name like his , one would think he’d be more sensitive. Over 60 yr old patient, no bloodwork ordered ! Ridiculous His report says patient declined screening for a test that he never offered.
This office NEVER answers calls, i have tried several times at different times and days and can't get anyone to answer the call. I'm changing doctor because of this reason, i need an office where someone will answer the phone. I dont think they are short staffed, i think the front desk is just lazy and too busy talking to each other instead of taking care of their patients.
