This office NEVER answers calls, i have tried several times at different times and days and can't get anyone to answer the call. I'm changing doctor because of this reason, i need an office where someone will answer the phone. I dont think they are short staffed, i think the front desk is just lazy and too busy talking to each other instead of taking care of their patients.

When my daughter in law had a phone appointment the doctor refused to take her symptoms and concerns seriously, instead he made her feel that she was wrong to reach out for help. Not my idea of a caring and compassionate doctor.
