Complete waste of time. After waiting a month for my appointment, I drive up from Punta Gorda to find out whichever admin I spoke to never made said appointment. I was then told I would have to wait for over a month again because nobody would be able to see me. I'm not wasting anymore time on this place as Id rather deal with the pain and find a physician with a staff that'll do their job.

They get the job done but their customer service is the worst. They’re one of the only offices that does fetal anatomy scans so they don’t have to treat customers well, more like cattle. The check-in girl was incredibly rude. What should be a special appointment is ruined by the office staff.
Dr. Matsumoto is completely amazing. The reason for our three stars is due to patient unfairness. We understand the call for different protocols during COVID, however, it needs to be across the board. I am a patient with Lupus and multiple complications and memory concerns and was not allowed a visitor or extended the offer for him to miss the ultrasound but be in the consult room with the doctor.
