I have been seeing Dr. Strobel for many years. She rarely runs late and her staff is wonderful. A great doctor to work with.
I showed up to my appointment timely only to be refused service by the receptionist requiring a copy of my new health insurance card. I waisted an hour and a half of driving and time from work. The receptionist refused to contact the insurance company directly because she was by herself. While I have seen Dr. Stroble for a number of years, I will be seeking a new dermatologist because I’m not OK with people showing no regard or value for my time in the same manner that I did for their time.
Dr. Stroble has been my Dr. for years. She and her staff are wonderful. Very caring.
I have been going to this group for 7-8 years and they are fantastic. Living on the water in Fl and playing a lot of outdoor sports sets me up for potential skin troubles. I go every 6 mos and Dr Jane and her staff are amazing. I have had some minor things removed as they are vigilant but not overly aggressive. Just the right blend. Well run scheduling with no excessive waits. 6 stars If I could.
