First Physicians Group does not send the lab orders to their own SMH Labs and will waste hours of your time going to the lab, waiting on excessive holds to tell them they need to send the lab order. SMH Labs told me that I was not the only one. She told me it happens all day long every day and that SMH will not do anything about it.
I have called 3 times regarding a complaint but can't get a call back. Why?
My Doctors is under First Physicians Group and I CAN NOT get a hold of them. I called twice and after 40 minutes no one picked up. I pressed 1 for a call-back and no one called back. The patient portal doesn't work. So I can't set an appointment that way either.
Beware of Dr. McIlwain. The experience I had with him was horrifying. He did a biopsy and as I'm in recovery he comes in and tells me I am going to admit you and put in a feeding tube and I am going to remove your voice box and vocal cords. You will never speak again, swim again, eat normally again. Life as you know it is over. Never even mentioned there may be other treatments. this review is strictly about Dr Szabo of neurology: TLDR; Her bad bedside manner and her dismissiveness lead to missing the most common type of epilepsy. —————————————————— Dr Szabo said I had anxiety or stress when it turned out to be focal seizures of the left hemisphere. I had to get a second opinion for it to be caught on an at home EEG. Wow. Simple.
