I saw Dr. Sutera for my annual physical examination. Once there they informed me I should have had the blood work ahead of time. No one mentioned this when I made the appointment and I specifically mentioned I had a physical. They sent me for blood work and there were several items out of normal range. I called the office and asked to discuss the results with Dr Sutera to see what he recommended as next steps. I called back several times and never got a call back. I have been a patient of first physicians for over 10 years and they have always been paid by my insurance company.  This year I went for my annual physical and was informed that they no longer accepted my insurance and required me to pay when I checked out.  To avoid a scene I paid with a credit card and I immediately disputed the charge which first physicians did not dispute and it was credited on my credit card.  I contacted my insurance carrier and was informed that first physicians was in network and they sent a check f... read more

IF i could rate The billing department associates lower then a 1 start i would. 2 of the ladies from the billing department were the most rude people i have encounter working to provide CUSTOMER SERVICES. They were not only incompetent, they also refuse to provide information about my bill referring for me to call my health insurance for answer they should have and provide to customers.
