They work on the vehicle to fix it through JD Byrider(which is a scam within itself) and disconnect or broke my rearview camera. I call today, the last doesn't care and just said call back on Monday after 1, when the person who worked on my car is in. She's rude and wouldn't give me her name. Very unprofessional and unsettling. And my door light stays on even though all doors are closed. None of these happened before it went in for work.
I had an incident in which my car got dented by a random stranger, with no cameras or witnesses nearby. The team here worked quickly and did way more than anyone could have asked for a proper job, even when further complications arose with the bodywork itself. They offered immensely competitive pricing, were incredibly communicative and up front with the status of my car, and did a beautiful job. Would recommend to anyone who is in a situation where they are debating to file a comp claim or biting the cost upfront.
I cannot say enough great things about First Performance Auto Body. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredible at their work. They not only walk you through the process of repairs, but they keep you apprised of updates on the status of your vehicle, so you're always in the loop. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and I will be back in the future!
This body shop is top 🎩 tier, their work is truly amazing, they did the whole front clip of my Honda S2000 and blended the off color bumper to match the rest of the car. I've already had other exotic car owner friends ask "who did this work". Big thanks to Slim, Jerry and Jeremy, salamat!
First Performance did excellent work. The staff is friendly and dealt with insurance to fix my car in a timely manner. They even contacted a rental car company to pick me up. Highly recommend!
