We have banked at this credit union for years and while it’s usually a positive experience, that is outweighed by the negative. We continuously have difficulty withdrawing cash because it’s not available at the bank. How does a bank not have cash on hand? We’ve had to go to as many as four separate institutions to make a withdrawal and most recently we were told we’d have to wait a week because they had to “order money.” This is totally unacceptable.
