I have banked here for over 10 years payed off my mortgage and small loan, and a car so this bank has gotten plenty of money from me. So, when I got a bill for a dormant acct and asked if they would waive the fee they refused even though they gave me the wrong information when I tried to close it, So they are making over $100 just because of a technicality and it is so irritating that banks like this one can make money off of their unfair practices.
