Worst company to deal with they hangup on you or make stuff up so they don't have to talk to you.
1 star is too much for this company. The lack of clear communication is upsetting. Need better customer service representatives. Called 8 times in 3 month to solve an issue, I got a different response each time. Say their policies are "suggestions" but we are charged a fee if we don't follow their "suggestions".
Charge me $500 for no reason, and don’t want to give me money for refoun, never see bad service like that! Cheater ! When I asked to cancel my old account, their act very slow so the company can still charge my money from my banking account, never trust this company forever!
