They sent me to collections for a bill they never sent me 3-4 years ago, and I paid all of my bills from that procedure back then. Searching for them online resulted in a random Broward Health phone number, and an Icelandic office building address. I did find their website, but it's useless for information. The collection agency helped me find them here on Google Maps.
I had to wait more than I wanted, but the customer service was great and the lady who helped me was very loving.
Don’t bother using this lab. I paid a premium to get same day results on my PCR test and I didn’t get them. Then I had to chase down my results through multiple phone calls to different numbers. They’re customer service was terrible. Don’t waste your money.
Do not book a PCR test here. I never received my result. I never received a return call from my messages. They do not provide any customer service. I will never use this lab again.
