I had to wait more than I wanted, but the customer service was great and the lady who helped me was very loving.
Don’t bother using this lab. I paid a premium to get same day results on my PCR test and I didn’t get them. Then I had to chase down my results through multiple phone calls to different numbers. They’re customer service was terrible. Don’t waste your money.
Do not book a PCR test here. I never received my result. I never received a return call from my messages. They do not provide any customer service. I will never use this lab again.

My husband and I just had Covid testing done today. It was the easiest test I’ve ever take . The person who did it was very kind and the customer service provided by her was amazing. I’m from upstate NY where they are still hurting people with the tests. Thank you so much guys truly. If I ever need another test I will be coming here.
