Disabled Veteran and First Option process a 3.75% interest rate at closing. 100 % no down payment, was hit with a $12,000 closing . Where is the benefit of a diabled Veteran.
As A Realtor that has closed many transactions, Fist Option is by far the worst experience my clients have ever had. Loan officer lied directly on multiple occasions to my clients and me. Stay far away from this company.
