While I hope to never have to work with a property restoration company again, if I do I hope it's FirstOn Site. They were extremely responsive every step of the way. They are experts at coordinating with insurance companies which as I've experienced can be a pain. Special shoutout to Tania Walker, Pia Sepulveda & Jeff Simpson. I had an issue where an emergency dropoff had to happen over the weekend and one-team worked around the clock to ensure I had access to all my contents. Thanks for everything team!

Ben was incredibly helpful during a very stressful condo flood situation. He took the time to walk me through things clearly and offered practical, thoughtful guidance without any pressure. Luis from First on Site arrived 2 days after I notified the Insurance company. He took readings from the walls and ceiling in our closet and the landing above. He explained everything to us. A day later the crew arrived and opened the wall and ceiling and installed fans for drying. They put a floor covering not to get our floor dirty. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

My house was broken in last time, my insurance company informed First Onsite Property Restoration. I was called by their project manager Tahir almost immediately. After several hours working with policy officer, their contractor came to my house to fix the broken patio door, that is amazing work, it took the contractor hours to clean the site, measure the size, install the wood frame, apply multiple layer staff to prevent the water in and heat out, and finally fixed by the plywood.
