If I could give a negative rating I would. We had a leak mid Dec 2025. Had someone come to check it out and then followed up with a drywall test first week of Jan 2026. When onsite called to do the restoration a week later, I asked to get a quote to decide if we were paying out of pocket or through insurance. Mariana said she would need to contact her supervisor Tim. I've been calling Mariana for an update weekly and only got through using a different phone number. First Onsite is one of the best companies that I have worked with. The Project Manager, Tim Hofer, and Mark Wilband are highly competent and they keet me informed about my stage in the process and ensured that everything went smoothly. First Onsite provided me with their Homeowner Welcome package which describes all the steps in detail and answers many questions. The First Onsite workers are all neat, professional, and personable as are the well-respected specialist tradespeople. I highly recommend First Onsite.

Tip top service . Mark orchestrated the project from start to finish and was there throughout this process. Nice to see a Manager that is hands on. Quite impressed with the professionalism and friendly service with the staff. Highly recommend y'all good job.
