While I hope to never have to work with a property restoration company again, if I do I hope it's FirstOn Site. They were extremely responsive every step of the way. They are experts at coordinating with insurance companies which as I've experienced can be a pain. Special shoutout to Tania Walker, Pia Sepulveda & Jeff Simpson. I had an issue where an emergency dropoff had to happen over the weekend and one-team worked around the clock to ensure I had access to all my contents. Thanks for everything team!
Ben was incredibly helpful during a very stressful condo flood situation. He took the time to walk me through things clearly and offered practical, thoughtful guidance without any pressure. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his support—he made a big difference. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend him.
Luis from First on Site arrived 2 days after I notified the Insurance company. He took readings from the walls and ceiling in our closet and the landing above. He explained everything to us. A day later the crew arrived and opened the wall and ceiling and installed fans for drying. They put a floor covering not to get our floor dirty. Very respectful and knowledgeable.
