I would give them a zero if I could. This company was hired by my landlord (Akelius) after a flood to take care of some logistics. I had been moved to other housing while repair work was being done so I couldn't oversee the work. First OnSite was charged with moving my personal belongings across the hall to a vacant apartment and then back to mine after the work was completed.
