I'm having a bad experience with them right now. This is an insurance claim. Demolition was made in August this year 2026, and left everything unfinished exposing my vulnerable family to hazards (tripping hazard and unlivable condition). Winter is around the corner and still no progress. We are actually extremely stressed in this situation. We are not getting the help we need. Hopefully deep in their hearts and conscience, they could help us relieve our worries and anxiety.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You are assigned to cases and don’t show up. Do not return calls and leave people living in raw sewage. The branch manager in Winnipeg pretends to be sympathetic and leaves her fake number to call - turns out it is just the national dispatch number. You people are disgusting and you will be reprimanded and held accountable for your negligence.
