Balo and his team, consisting of Ken and Radha from were absolute lifesavers after our flood. They walked us through the entire process, and handled the tear-down and drying professionally from start to finish. The crew was personable, respectful, and extremely careful in our home during an extremely stressful time. Even though I don’t wish this situation on anyone, if it does happen I really couldn’t recommend these guys more.

FirstOnsite staff Ken and Radha Kelawan are exemplary employees that are both professional and knowledgeable and capable to do restoration that will enhance the renovations done on anyone’s property including my property. Their abilities are beyond compare and manifest their great workmanship. We are indebted to their caring attitude and attention to details. They are people oriented and exceptionally adept to any hands-on restoration. We and my wife are so impressed. Ken and Radha are superb workers.

First Onsite was dispatched by our insurance company to our home following a break in and theft. They responded promptly, communicated in a clear and concise manner and advised us / assisted in securing our home with temporary repairs by calling in a window company to board up broken windows.
