Ever since the Woodland branch switched managment/employees the service is EXTREMELY SLOW (20 min wait per visit). Been w them for 12 yrs but i think it's time to switch.
I have been a customer of First Northern Bank for 40 years and counting. I have been with the Woodland Branch since 2010. I greatly appreciate the staff! They are courteous, efficient, friendly, and detail oriented. They have an excellent team culture. Michelle and Jennifer know my accounts and banking needs so well it is as if they are my personal bankers. Great bank. Never had a problem with anything
I’ve been a customer with First Northern for many years, but have noticed their quality and honesty have greatly decreased in the last year—this is the Woodland branch—I experienced a very serious error by their fault several months ago, and I do not recommend them anymore, and will be closing my accounts. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and am closing my accounts.
