I've had so many issues with trying to access my money I dont even know where to begin. I'll just start with saying, dont go to them if you just want a savings account, this makes it impossible to access funds, opening a checking account is an even harder process. Also, they won't open their lobby until 9AM and the virtual teller in the drive thru that's open at 8 can only do so much! The staff is mostly rude and not to mention we've also had our debit cards compromised here. Looking for a new credit union ASAP!

I'm in the drive thru and the ITM isn't working, and despite the fact that there are 5 employee cars parked here, they can't open the drive thru and serve a member for one single transaction. I've been waiting for over 15 minutes for the machine to reboot. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, in June 2023, I immediately searched for a credit union. I found two credit unions. My first choice with the credit union ratings was horrible. My second choice was this credit union, and when I read some of the reviews. I decided to go with this credit union. I was pleased to discover it was conveniently located near my home and work.
