Waste of time ………and money
Horrible. They (Susan) didnt communicate and blamed it on time difference and our lender. Then they said they trusted the seller to send the portion of payments on his own!!! Not on closing day as contracted. Then when seller didn’t pay, they claimed no liability nor did they cover the charges. Now avoiding me and not returning my calls to assist in claiming title insurance. Stay away especially if they know one of the sellers or buyers in your transaction. They seem nice but are Very negligent and unaccountable.
I need to address this business’ greed over concern for the handicapped. I’ve had 5 heart surgeries and two brain surgeries. I tried to park in this business’s handicap space. I was stopped by a representative stating that this business has reserved the handicapped space for their ATM customers (atm is in front of this space). I don’t have a wheelchair, but this representative said that she is doing what First National Title instructs. She said that today alone she had to send away 3 or 4 handicapped people (including a whee... read more
